Before moving to Washington, Guy lived for two years in Brazil where he learned to speak Portuguese like a native. Serving the people there taught him the importance of work, preparation, and taking the long-term view on any project.
After graduating from the law school in Nebraska, Guy began to practice law in Idaho. There, he worked for the prosecutor’s office, receiving special training in DUI prosecutiion and defense. After leaving that prosecutor’s office, Guy worked helping families through divorce and DUI defense.
As an attorney in Idaho, he earned an Avvo rating of 8.1 (considered “excellent”), but since moving to Washington his score keeps climbing as he has more and greater opportunities to serve the community.
He is admitted to practice in Washington and Idaho and has shown measured and assertive presence in and out of the courtroom that reassures encourages his clients through the difficulties of divorce.
