Working at Pacific Northwest Family Law

A Career with Clear Expectations

Attorneys at Pacific Northwest Family Law are expected to take responsibility for their work, communicate with clients, follow firm systems, and continue developing professionally.

Attorney compensation is established by position and experience. Each posting includes the salary range required by Washington law, together with a general description of benefits and additional compensation.

Firmwide attorney benefits include:

  • medical, dental, and vision coverage;
  • firm-paid bar dues and approved continuing legal education;
  • legal-assistant and administrative support;
  • flexible scheduling subject to professional obligations;
  • opportunities for origination and performance bonuses;
  • a partnership track.

Attorney positions generally carry an annual expectation of 1,500 qualifying hours. Approved pro bono work may count toward that expectation. Attorneys who exceed the threshold may earn additional compensation based on collected revenue attributable to their own work.
