My love with the law began when my mom and I would watch reruns of Perry Mason, and enrolled immediately when CBC started its paralegal program.  I obtained a paralegal AA and went on to obtain national certification.  In fact, I went all the way through the program without my employer’s knowledge.  I just wanted to know if I could do it.  I also taught in CBC’s paralegal program for a few years and remember my 2-year old daughter with her law book right beside me.

Now, several years later, I am here at Pacific Northwest Family Law, and I love it.  They have a phenomenal approach to their commitment to their clients to ensure they know at all times what is going on with their case.  We use MyCase for managing our work, and it provides all of us with information to assist when called upon.  We don’t just talk about teamwork, we practice it.

When not working, I use the other side of my brain to create in my sewing room, but not before I put in about 5 miles a day either outside or at the gym.  I used to run, but my knees threw a fit and said to stop it!  So, now I walk.
