Simone N. Green
Olympia Family Law Attorney | Fierce Advocacy Rooted in Family Tradition
A Legal Advocate Grounded in Family, History, and Truth
Simone N. Green believes that families are the foundation of everything—and she’s built her legal career on strengthening that foundation. As an Olympia family law attorney, she helps clients navigate divorce, parenting plans, and family conflict with the steady conviction of someone who truly values generational strength and personal transformation.
Raised in a family where tradition, history, and storytelling were deeply cherished, Simone’s roots run deep. A family pilgrimage to their 1930s-era home in Alabama sparked her passion for genealogy—a love of uncovering where people come from and what holds them together. “Family is where it all starts,” she explains. “If I can help parents learn to co-parent effectively, they can build success for the next generation.”
At Pacific Northwest Family Law, Simone works with both men and women in Olympia and Thurston County who are facing emotionally difficult family transitions and want someone steady, experienced, and unafraid of the truth—even when it’s uncomfortable.
Legal Experience That Gets Results
Simone’s early career in criminal law sharpened her courtroom instincts and reinforced her belief in client dignity. Before joining Pacific Northwest Family Law, she handled serious criminal matters as a public defender and as a Rule 9 clerk with the King County Prosecutor’s Office. She understands what’s at stake when lives—and futures—hang in the balance.
That background gave her a firm belief that people shouldn’t be reduced to case numbers. As she puts it, “Attorneys aren’t just cogs in a machine. Clients deserve more than cold calculations—they deserve to be seen and understood.” She brings that perspective to every family law case.
Clients know Simone is:
- Level-headed and strategic, even in tense moments
- Clear about legal risks, rights, and next steps
- Compassionate without being soft—she doesn’t sugarcoat the truth
- Fierce in court and principled in every negotiation
She works with clients as they are—without judgment. “If you’re willing to work with me, I’ll work with you,” she says. “But I’ll always tell you the truth, even if it’s not what you want to hear. My job is to help you get better outcomes, not just tell you what makes you feel better.”
A Grounded Approach to Complex Family Law
Simone is especially skilled in working with parents navigating co-parenting dynamics, protective orders, and contested parenting plans. Her steady, assertive approach helps her clients build healthier post-divorce relationships—for the sake of their children and their peace of mind.
“People remain family even after divorce,” she explains. “The goal isn’t just to survive court—it’s to raise strong kids and create stability for the future.”
As an Olympia divorce attorney, she brings a sense of responsibility not just to her clients but to the community. Families who parent well through conflict create ripple effects that strengthen schools, neighborhoods, and future generations.
More Than a Lawyer: A Legacy-Driven Advocate
Outside of court, Simone’s passions reflect the same strength and balance she brings to her legal work. She’s a dedicated kickboxer, a genealogy enthusiast, and a family historian. Her young nephew once proudly told classmates, “My aunt puts people in jail”—a comment that earned her the nickname “Law and Order.” She laughs about it now, but the name fits: she’s always been focused on accountability, order, and doing what’s right—even when it’s hard.
Simone prioritized staying local when seeking her education and earned her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law and her BA from Evergreen State college. She’s licensed to practice law in Washington State.
