About Justin Nipper

Justin is a native of Florida and loves the sunshine and clean air Eastern Washington offers. He loves sports, the outdoors, and spends his free time traveling to new and adventurous locations with his wife and dog. Before turning to law, Justin worked closely with multiple businesses, both large and small. Because of that, he has an eye for what it takes to be successful in a competitive atmosphere and how family relationships can improve or harm business success.

As a family law attorney at Pacific Northwest family law, Justin knows that family law is a relationship-driven legal field that requires active listening, critical thinking, zealous advocacy, and scrupulous attention to detail. Justin is passionate about protecting his client’s best interests, and he is committed to helping individuals in the community resolve their legal disputes as effectively as possible.
Justin earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at Florida State University, where he majored in both History and Political Science. He later earned his Juris Doctorate at Seattle University School of Law, where he honed his legal writing skills as a senior staff editor on the Seattle Journal for Social Justice.

Justin is a proud member of many prestigious legal organizations, including the Washington State Bar Association, the Order of the Barristers, and Phi Alpha Delta.

Justin is prepared to fight for his client’s best interest in and out of court. He knows that every situation is different, which is why he prioritizes working closely with each of his clients to ensure that they are protected and informed.
