Pacific Northwest Family Law is seeking a full-time Client Experience Specialist for our Walla Walla office. This position is often the first meaningful contact a prospective client has with the firm and combines customer service, organization, and consultative sales.
The Client Experience Specialist answers incoming calls, speaks with prospective clients about their legal needs, explains the firm’s services and engagement process, follows up with prospective clients, prepares and organizes engagement agreements, accepts payments, handles bank deposits, and helps new clients move smoothly into the firm.
We are looking for someone with strong sales experience, particularly in industries involving significant purchasing decisions such as automotive, RV, insurance, advertising, or similar high-value products and services. The position requires confidence speaking with people, disciplined follow-up, strong organization, and the ability to help prospective clients make decisions during stressful circumstances.
Compensation is $18–$22 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses tied to new-client acquisition.
