Family Law and Probate for an Attorney Ready for Broader Responsibility
Pacific Northwest Family Law is seeking a mid-level attorney for its Bellevue office.
We are looking for an attorney who has moved beyond entry-level practice and can take meaningful responsibility for clients and cases. The position will involve family law, probate, and related litigation, primarily serving clients in King, Pierce, and Thurston Counties.
An attorney in this role will handle family law matters while also developing or using experience in probate administration, contested probate matters, TEDRA proceedings, adult guardianships, and related disputes.
The successful candidate should already be comfortable with litigation, client communication, legal writing, and managing competing deadlines. Family law or probate experience is preferred, but we will consider a capable litigator who can learn the substantive areas they have not yet practiced.
This is an in-office position based in Bellevue.
Practice Family Law With the Support of a Firm Behind You
If you are a few years into practice, you may already be comfortable handling contested matters, advising clients, and appearing in court. The next step is often less about learning the basics and more about taking on broader responsibility while continuing to sharpen your judgment.
This role gives you the opportunity to work across family law and probate, two areas that call on many of the same skills: client counseling, litigation judgment, negotiation, financial analysis, and clear advocacy.
You will also have other attorneys to work through difficult questions with. Pacific Northwest Family Law is structured so attorneys can discuss strategy, ask for another perspective, and benefit from the experience of colleagues who handle similar matters.
Legal assistants and other professional staff support the work around you. The firm also maintains centralized intake, marketing, accounting, and technology systems, so your time can stay focused on clients, strategy, writing, negotiation, hearings, and trial preparation.
For a mid-level attorney, that means more room to grow without having to build the entire practice infrastructure around yourself.
