If You Are Already a Client

If you are an existing client, please contact your attorney or legal assistant directly through the Clio Client Portal, or by using the direct email or phone number provided to you at your kickoff meeting.

This direct contact information is not listed publicly so your legal team can stay focused on active matters and respond to you efficiently.

Because legal questions often require preparation or review of your file, it is best to schedule an appointment with your attorney to ensure your concerns are addressed thoroughly and without interruption.

Are We the Right Firm for You?

Our goal is to make the first step clear and structured. We also want to ensure that we are the right fit for your case. How you begin matters–and whether we are the first attorney you’ve worked with or the last–our standard is to deliver a five-star experience from the start.

Becoming a Client

Before working with our firm, every prospective client completes a brief qualifying and scheduling step. This allows us to confirm:

  • Jurisdiction
  • Case type
  • Conflicts of interest

If your matter qualifies, we schedule your New Client Interview, a short, structured meeting used in place of a traditional consultation. Its purpose is to confirm fit for our firm, set expectations, and ensure representation begins on solid footing.

At the end of the New Client Interview, clients sign the engagement agreement and make their initial case deposit.

Legal advice and strategy discussions occur after you become a client and are working directly with your assigned attorney.

Confidentiality

Until a written engagement agreement is signed, no attorney-client relationship exists.

Please do not share confidential information when contacting us. Confidential information includes things such as settlement positions, bottom lines, strategy preferences, or information you would not want shared with the opposing party.

General background information (such as the nature of the matter, the parties involved, upcoming deadlines, and procedural posture) is appropriate and helpful.
