Email providers sometimes send new messages to Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders — especially if you’ve just requested a guide or submitted a form.
Taking a moment to mark our emails as safe ensures you don’t miss important information.
Open Gmail.
Click the Promotions tab.
Drag the email into your Primary inbox.
When Gmail asks to do this for future messages, click Yes.
Open the email.
Click “Report not spam.”
Click the gear icon → See all settings.
Go to Filters and Blocked Addresses.
Click Create a new filter.
In the “From” field, enter: @pnwfl.com OR @pnwfamilylaw.com
Click Create filter.
Check Never send it to Spam.
Click Create filter.
If you’re using the Gmail app on your phone:
Open the Gmail app.
Tap Menu (☰) in the top left.
Tap Spam.
Open the email from @pnwfl.com or @pnwfamilylaw.com.
Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top right.
Tap “Report not spam.”
This tells Gmail our emails are safe.
Gmail mobile may not clearly label Promotions the same way. If you see the email outside your main inbox:
Open the email.
Tap the three dots (⋮).
Tap Move to Primary (if available).
Open the email → tap the sender’s name → Add to Contacts.
You can also:
Open an email from us.
Tap the sender name.
Choose Create new contact or Add to existing contact.
Open Outlook.
Click the gear icon (Settings).
Go to Mail → Junk Email.
Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.
Enter:
@pnwfl.com
@pnwfamilylaw.com
Click Save.
Open the Mail app.
Open an email from us.
Tap the sender’s name.
Tap Add to Contacts.
Apple prioritizes emails from saved contacts.
You can also:
Go to Settings → Mail → Threading
Ensure “Organize by Thread” is on (optional but helpful).
