At Pacific Northwest Family Law, newer professionals learn through direct coaching, observation, feedback, and gradually increasing responsibility. Experienced team members continue developing through collaboration, continuing education, exposure to more complex work, and opportunities to mentor others.
For attorneys, that includes structured mentorship, access to experienced lawyers for strategy and case review, payment of Washington State Bar dues, and prepaid continuing legal education through NBI. Other team members also receive training in the systems, skills, and responsibilities required for their roles.
