Be a Difference Maker for Washington State Families
Pacific Northwest Family Law is a growing statewide firm built around serious work, professional judgment, and strong support.
Our attorneys manage cases, develop strategy, advise clients, negotiate, and advocate in court. They work with legal assistants, experienced colleagues, and firmwide intake, marketing, administrative, and technology systems designed to let them spend more of their time practicing law. Across the firm, every role carries responsibility for helping clients and making the organization work well.
We are looking for people who communicate reliably, take ownership of their work, respect the professionals around them, and want to keep becoming more capable. In return, we offer meaningful responsibility, room to exercise judgment, opportunities to grow, and the chance to help build a family law firm serving communities throughout Washington.

Built to Help You Do Your Best Work
Partnership and Leadership with Clear Standards
We do not treat partnership or leadership as a mystery that appears without explanation.
We define the standards, responsibilities, and expectations for people seeking greater responsibility in the firm. Attorneys can pursue partnership, mentoring, office leadership, and practice development. Other professionals can grow into team leadership, training, project ownership, process improvement, and management roles.
Transition Into the Firm With Support
Pacific Northwest Family Law gives attorneys a structured transition into the firm. New attorneys work with experienced lawyers, receive regular feedback, and begin working on active matters while they learn how we approach cases and serve clients.
Experienced lateral attorneys receive support moving existing clients and matters into the firm, while our administrative and intake teams handle much of the operational transition.
Compensation Built Around Contribution
We believe people who create more value should have the opportunity to earn more.
Our approach combines competitive pay, meaningful benefits, professional support, workplace flexibility, and a firm infrastructure designed to help people perform at a high level. For attorneys, that can also include performance-based and percentage-based compensation tied to the revenue their work generates.
You Will Enjoy Working Here If…
You take responsibility for your work and want room to exercise professional judgment. You communicate reliably, ask questions when another perspective would help, and are willing to change course when experience or feedback points to a better approach.
You respect the people you work with and understand that good legal work depends on a capable team. Attorneys work closely with legal assistants and rely on intake, administrative, marketing, billing, and operational professionals across the firm.
You want to keep becoming more capable—not simply accumulate more years of experience. We value people who want greater responsibility, stronger judgment, and a role in improving how the firm serves clients.
This may not be the right environment for you if you prefer to work entirely on your own, resist shared systems, or see feedback and collaboration as interference.
