Step 1: Initial Review

Our team reviews the information you submitted to determine:

• The type of legal matter involved
• Whether the matter is connected to Washington State
• Whether it falls within the counties and courts we serve

We represent clients in Washington State in matters involving divorce, custody, parenting plans, property division, adoption, estate planning, probate, and related issues.

Step 2: Qualifying Call

You will receive a call from our Client Experience Team.

During this call, we will:

• Confirm basic information
• Ask qualifying questions
• Explain how our intake process works
• Discuss next step

Step 3: Your Client Interview

If your matter qualifies, the next step is a structured New Client Interview with one of our nonattorney firm representatives.

Before that meeting, you may be asked to review and sign a brief agreement explaining what to expect during the interview.

The purpose of the New Client Interview is to explain how representation works and help you decide whether hiring our firm is the right next step.

During this stage, we will discuss:

• Scope of representation
  
• Our structured planning approach
  
• Advance fee deposit requirements

Step 4: Kickoff & Strategic Planning

Clients who choose to move forward are scheduled for a formal kickoff meeting with their attorney.

At that stage, your attorney focuses fully on developing a strategy tailored to your matter and goals.
